How does it work?
Booking in four steps
- You choose Your plan, your pass and your options.
- You fill it in Your online booking form. No payment at this stage.
- You receive an email with your summary, our bank details and your payment schedule.
- You pay your deposit 25 % by bank transfer. Your place is confirmed upon receipt. The balance is then paid in installments, on the 10th of each month. (⚠️ The Day Pass is paid for in one lump sum.)
- You can book and pay for everyone You simply need to add as many passes as there are people in your order. In this case, we'll contact you, and you'll pay the full amount.1 order = 1 payer).
- Or each person makes their own reservation., Simply enter the first and last names of the people you wish to share your accommodation with in the designated field when confirming your order. We'll take care of grouping you together.
The allocation of accommodation is done on our end, according to requests and availability.

2. Understand the passes
The four available passes
In the packages with accommodation (Nature and Enjoy)
The KID Pass is only available in the NATURE package.
The SPORT Pass does not grant access to classes.
It opens up supervised outdoor activities on the estate: cycling, kayaking, tree climbing, beach volleyball tournament, pétanque tournament, beach games and other activities.
If you're coming for classes, you need the AFP Pass.

Accommodation
NATURE — camping accommodation
You will be staying in a campsite, cottage or lodge for 4 to 8 people.
You manage your own meals.
The formula for groups who want their own headquarters.

ENJOY — residence accommodation
You will be staying in a residence, in a room or studio for 2 to 6 people.,
and all meals are included.
You put down your suitcase and you don't think about anything anymore.

Two residences
Room for 3 or 4 people
Residence Les Saintes: shower and WC in the room.
Residences in Martinique and Guadeloupe: with showers and washbasins. Shared sanitary facilities.
Studios for 2, 4, 5 or 6 people
Shower and toilet in the studio.

FAQ booking and payment
Booking
We're a group, how do we book?
Whichever you prefer. Either one person adds all the seats to their order and pays for everyone (ideal for a family): She is the one we contact and she is the one who handles the payment. Either each person makes their own reservation and indicates, in the field provided, the first and last name of the people with whom they wish to share their accommodation.
In both cases, everything is entered at the time of ordering: identity, pass, dietary requirements, grouping preferences.
For a group of friends, the second way is often more comfortable: each person receives their own information and schedule, and no one advances money for others.
I'm coming alone, where am I supposed to sleep?
No worries: we'll place you in accommodation with other people in the same situation. AFP is the ideal place to meet other sports enthusiasts like you, and make some great connections that might even lead to new friendships!
Can I book and pay for someone else?
Yes, you can include as many people as you like in the same order—simply enter their information when adding each seat. Please note: you are responsible for paying for the entire order. Remember to also inform the people involved that you are sharing their information.
Can I come for less than 4 days?
With the NATURE and ENJOY packages, reservations are for the full 4 days. If you have a constraint, contact Mathieu, and we'll check availability. With the Day Pass, you freely choose from 1 to 4 days.
Can I rent a private apartment for two people?
No, it is not possible to privatize an entire property for a limited number of people. Each property will be filled to its maximum capacity (for example, it is not possible to book a 4-person cottage for only 2 people).

What is the difference between the AFP Pass and the SPORT Pass?
The AFP Pass gives unlimited access to classes. The SPORT Pass, on the other hand, opens up supervised outdoor activities on the grounds — cycling, kayaking, treetop adventure courses, beach volleyball, pétanque, beach games — but not classes.

Can we mix passes in the same accommodation?
Yes, and it's actually very common. A mother with an AFP Pass, her partner with a SPORT Pass, and their child with a KID Pass: it's perfectly possible. Each person in the household chooses their own pass.
Can my children come?
Yes. From ages 4 to 12, it's the KID Pass, which gives access to the mini-club. From ages 13 to 17, it's the ADO Pass, with access to classes (⚠️there is no Teen Club). From age 18, it's the AFP Pass.
📌 If you want to come with a child under 13 years old in the ENJOY package, you can add them with the ADO pass.
A minor cannot participate alone: a registered adult must accompany them.
Does having a child count towards the housing capacity?
Yes. The capacity refers to the number of beds, regardless of age. A family of two adults and three children therefore needs accommodation for 5 people.
Is there a limited number of places available for the event?
Yes, the event has a limit of 1,000 participants across all categories. Once full, registration closes!
Pay
Why is there no card payment option?
Because bank fees on this type of booking, with payment in installments, would represent several percent of the price, we prefer not to pass them on to you and to use bank transfer. You will receive our bank details and your payment schedule by email immediately after your booking.
When is my place truly confirmed?
Upon receipt of your deposit of 25 %. Until the transfer arrives, your reservation is registered but not confirmed.
How does payment in installments work?
You pay 25 % upon reservation, then the balance is due on the 10th of each month, up to four times. The 4-installment payment option is only available until the end of December 2026 (the full payment must be made before the AFP).
The Day Pass is paid for in one payment.
What if I book after the early bird date?
The standard rate applies after Sunday, September 27, 2026 at 11:59 PM. All rates are listed on the page Accommodation and rates.
Are there any additional costs to be expected on site?
With the NATURE package, you must provide your own meals and drinks. With the ENJOY package, you must provide your own drinks.
The prices shown on the website are inclusive of all taxes and include the tourist tax.
Modify or cancel
Do you offer cancellation insurance?
No, we don't offer it. You can purchase it yourself through your insurer, but be aware: most have a very short waiting period after booking, often just a few days. And credit card coverage doesn't apply here, since we don't accept cards. If you want coverage, inquire about it as soon as you book.
Can I change my reservation?
Yes, if your request reaches us in writing by February 15th at the latest. Adding a person, a night or an option, or upgrading to a higher accommodation: no problem, subject to availability.
On the other hand, removing a person, reducing your number of days or downgrading is equivalent to cancelling part of your reservation: the cancellation conditions apply to the part concerned and fees are applied.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
All cancellations must be notified to us in writing. If we receive your request before February 15th, you will retain any sums paid in excess of the deposit: they will be refunded to you, or converted into a credit for the next edition, as you prefer. The deposit itself remains non-refundable in all cases.
After February 15th, no refunds are possible. In this case, the best solution is to transfer your ticket: it's free and possible up to 15 days before the event.
Can I give my seat to someone?
Yes, and that's exactly what we recommend if you can no longer attend. It's free, you don't have to give a reason, and it's possible up to 15 days before the event.
You write to us with the name and contact details of the person who is replacing you, and that's it. The reimbursement, however, is between you: we don't handle any money transfers during a transfer.
