The Bombannes Estate is located in Gironde, in the commune of Carcans-Maubuisson, 60 km northwest of Bordeaux and 12 km north of Lacanau.
250 hectares of state-owned forest laid out around the lake, with the ocean 5 km away via cycle paths. It is a site belonging to the UCPA leisure centre, designed for outdoor sports all year round — and that's exactly why we've been organizing the AFP there for years.

What makes the place unique
Why don't we change locations? 🌞
You go from a strength training class to a dip in the lake, have lunch under the pine trees, head out for a dance class, and end the day on the beach. All this without having to drive again.
This is what makes an AFP unlike any other fitness training program. The setting cannot be described either: you have to be there.
Where do you sleep?
Four accommodation options within the estate, ranging from camping to a holiday village. You won't need to move your car for four days.
- Wellness Sport Camping – Dune Bleue — On the edge of the lake, in the middle of the pine trees. The closest campsite to the water, committed to the environment.
- Huttopia Camping — Also on the lakefront, under the tall pine trees of the state forest. Heated swimming pool, covered hall and large terrace.
- UCPA Nautical Village — On the lakefront, completely renovated, 4 km from the ocean via cycle paths.
- Cévéo holiday village — Between the ocean on one side and the lake on the other, in the heart of the Landes forest in Gironde.
Outside of class
Swimming in the lake, equipped beach, cycle paths to the ocean, forest trails.
If you don't attend classes and you're part of the team «"I accompany"» Or «"I'm more or less here on vacation"», You also have access to a wide range of outdoor activities: That's what the SPORT Pass covers.
The estate also offers nautical and outdoor activities supervised by UCPA.
